The following describes the terms and conditions on which BALI HOLIDAY SENSATION, OPERATOR OF BALIRANADIVILLAS.com offers you access to the service.
These Terms & Conditions primarily rule our conducts and reservations, with the intention of making things common for you, but also protect RANADI VILLAS and BALI HOLIDAY SENSATION as an marketing agent and Operator of BALIRANADIVILLAS.com from prohibitive administrative costs.
Your use of this website information and documents, conditioned on your acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions without any modification contained herein. By accessing our website, you agree to our Terms & Conditions set forth in this document.
GENERAL CONDITION. BALIRANADIVILLAS.com is offered to you for your personal use. You agree that the services provided by this website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations and shall not use this website for any other unlawful or prohibited purposes.
TERM OF PAYMENT
A Non Refundable deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by Bali Holiday Sensation within Seven (7) working days after booking confirmation and payment instructions have been given to the hirer. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled. If a deposit is not received within this time, it is within the discretion of the owner to cancel the booking.
Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days in the case of Christmas/New Years bookings). If the balance payment is not received by the due date, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the hirer’s deposit.
In the case of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first. All payments must be made in USD. Payments can be made by Bank transfer or Credit card. Some conditions apply and full details will be given at the time of booking.
In the case of last minute bookings, where is it impractical or very difficult for the hirer to make a deposit by TT, we will accept cash (2003 or newer, unmarked USD banknotes – F series or newer only) on arrival. However, a credit card authorization form will need to be used to ensure deposit requirements are met. This form will need to be accompanied by photocopies of both sides of the credit card, a photocopy of holder’s passport, and written authorization. The funds will be held as security and that the transaction will be reversed only upon receipt of alternative payment as agreed with The Management Company.
All clients will be asked to sign a Waiver of Liability and a credit card authorization form, which will allow the Agency to charge the card any charges that clients incur while at the villa.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Before 45 days check in date cancelation will charge at 50 % from total secure night as administration fee
Between 45 days and 30 days will charge 75 % from the total room night reservation value
Between 30 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value
